That isnt a good deal in my opinion. You can get the Eagles 077's on ebay for 550 shipped. Then Tires.Comment

call them up on the phone and tell them you want the nankang 245-40-18. They list at 123 on the site but tell them you want them for 110 and they will do it, I acutally just did that today because I got a flat because i didnt notice my allginment was off, went all the way to the belt, it tooke a year and 2 months though :)
