well i was wondering if anyone on the board has seen or done this to the 17" SS camaro rims. are they aluminum and do they polish out?? if they do how should i go about doing it. like what grit paper should i start and do stages in and stuff like that???

If you like to spend time sanding then do it. i started one wheel then gave up and bought new ones :D anyway just be ready to work hard to get them nice. Oh by the way go to an Advanced Auto or something and buy Airline Paint Stripper.
