How do you polish parts to make them look so nice?
Loochy88, you have a few things polished under the hood like your a/c compresser and alternator for example. what did you do to make them clean up so nice?
I guess im trying to get my engine bay looking not so cluster fu*ked and clean it up a bit.
Anyone have any idea's let me hear em!
fine sand paper down to 1000 or 2000 grit, then break out the polishing compounds. You can use a buffing wheel and a drill or do it by hand with a cloth. Polish polish polish. Parts like the alternator may need to be smoothed out first with a dremel tool, it just depends on your eye for detail and your persistence with the parts.

Do a search in the appearance on "polish". There are a TON of topics (most by loochy).
