Never used clay magic, but I have used mother's meguire's and the zaino. The meguire's bar seemed to want to stick to the paint and left nasty streaks of clay on the car's surface. The mother's was a little better but not much. I found the zaino bar to be the best out of the ones I've tried. It slides over the surface effortlessly and doesn't leave clay residue streaked across the paint like those others. I'm curious how the clay magic compares to the zaino.

I use the clay magic, it works very well. It doesn't break up or anything, but its very sticky and will pick up practically anything off the surface of your paint. Cut it into four even pieces when you first buy it, that way you get at least 4 uses out of it.-Eric
2002 Navy Blue Camaro...Striped and Stalled. 35th Anniversary SS wheels
Best ET: 15.384 @ 88.32 on street tires
Project Whitney: Goal, 14.0 1/4 by summer 2008.

off hand what color is it?
I only used zaino claybars but I heard there were like 2-3 off the shelf brands, and one of them was 100% complete crap...
only info I found on it was from installuniversity... But read up about it on a few sites. Just can't remember which brand it was that was the total crap.
Get a Clay Bar from (Pep Boys (must be blue if you buy it from Pep Boys) or Zaino Z-18 Clay Bar). Place about 1-2 cap fulls of your favorite car wash (Hopefully it will be Z7 Zaino Car Wash) in a spray bottle and fill it up with water. Shake and spray until you get the soapy water coming out.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251
