The little plastic square thing that holds the shifter boot down broke into like 4 pieces. And my boot wont stay down. Is this an OEM thing that I have to get at the chevy dealer or can I order it offline. I got pics if u dont know what im talking about.

I know what you are talking about. Mine was broken into like 3 pieces. I tryed to just get the plastic clip then I could sew/glue it into the boot, but the dealer won't sell just that piece. You have to buy a new boot unless you can find one on a wrecked car. Which is pretty unlikely.

Yeah I loved VT. Small town atmosphere, but with plenty of people and things to do. I think I payed around $40 for the boot. It sucks, but I said screw it. The leather on my old one was beat up anyway.Comment

Did go there. I'm Alumni now. There is another guy (alieninv8tor) on this board who is going there right now.
I'm sure you would like it there. The football games are a ton of fun. I'll probably try to get to a few this season.Comment

Thats cool my grandparents live an hour away (wytheville)from the hokie stadium and they have season tickets. Its pretty cool. The boot brace comes with the boot from the dealership which can't be purchased separately, I bought mine for $50 once it breaks you have to buy the whole boot. Sorry---Niño---<br /><i>95\' silver 5 spd</i>Comment
