I just recently bought a new billet grille for my camaro and when i tried to remove the stock black one i was having a hard time getting it out. I was able to get the 2 sides popped out but not the middle. If anyone else has had this problem please let me know how u did yours.

You have to pull really really hard!

safest way ive found out is to get a flat-head screwdriver, and put it right where the clips are. insert it between the bumper cover and grille flat, then rotate a 1/4 turn. wiggle the screwdriver plenty, and the clips should just pop out. i know what you mean about having a hard time, when i was doing it i felt like i was going to break the bumper cover. but just work with it and it will come out. just prying int out with a flathead does the trick.
