I don't think it would be hard to install tint, but personally I'd buy the whole sheet and install it on my windows. Then you can trim it to fit the way you want it to fit. Pre-cut tint will probably be a pain in the anatomy to line up. jmo

well, it can be hard. the side glass isn't that bad just got to be sure to get out every little air bubble or it will end up looking like crap in very little time. the back glass is a different story. not to say u shouldn't do it, but i wouldn't try on my car if it was my first time. I would practice on something like my wife's civic :D97 polo metallic green v6
My Car

I bought one of those 3M precut ones and did it myself.
It turned out pretty nice. Side windows are not that hard because its flat. Its alot better if you have 2 people do it. You just wet the window and the tint down with the soapy solution.(Baby shampoo and water)
Then Have you and your friend hold each end of it and put it on the window.
Slide it till the precut sheet fits onto the window perfectly, make sure it goes under the rubber thing at the bottom too. Then you just squeezee all the soap and bubbles out of it.
The trick is to do it fast and clean. make sure no lint gets between the tint and the window. and make sure that you get all the bubbles out before it drys up. Then you should have no bubbles in the tint.1997 Camaro Y87. Turbo.
Pure Octane Racing
