    Who makes this hood?

    I'm really picky on hoods and have never seen one I actaully liked for our cars.


    Until now.....


    Its on a 98+ camaro.


    Its in Super Chevy Magizine September 2005 Volume 34 No. 9. page 119.

    Top left hand of page 119 is a picture of some camaros and one has a cowl hood that is rounded to match the curves of the head lights and looks beautiful!


    The car has a 427 decal on the hood (6.0 F-body)? Some one check it out and help me find out who makes that hood!

    A pic would help, but it sounds like my Ultra-Z.

        That is real close to it if not it. The one in the mag was a little narrower and rounded to match the headlight curves but it looks like that. That is a bad *** hod in that link.

              It's probably the Dick Harrel camaro hood.

              VFN is the only manufacturer of the hood as I know it, they call it the Sunoco hood.

                  holy **** that car is AWESOME!!!
                  where did he get the back quarter panels? they flare out rather nicely and make the car look ****'n sick!
