Nope dealer wont buy it back. And also I cant get a new car unless I come up with almost 5gs since they say my car is not worth but 8gs. And it only has 37,000 and its a 2001. So it looks like I get a lawyer now and see what's up. But I think if I get something it will be a mustang GT or a Truck then buy a transam. Since my work as a electrician. But i think since it was never really sold it was a dealer car. Then i bought it. That some one backed into it at the dealer and they fixed it. Cause carfax says it has never been in a wreck. But thats life!

I thought I had read somewhere that you got it at Carmax. Did you actually get it at a Pontiac dealer? If so, then I would think that, since it has never been titled except for you, that it would still be considered a new car (even if it has some miles on it). The dealership should have disclosed to you that it was damaged. Otherwise I would think that's fraud. They sold you a wrecked car as new or a demonstrator. You probably should talk to a lawyer. Then threaten the dealership that you will escalate to the regional GM office or whoever it is.

And if you did get it at Carmax, they should have done 125 point check or whatever it is they claim they do. They should have caught that easily.

And Wicked, the doors are fiberglass, too. Or plastic or whatever it is they use. Pretty cool, less stuff to worry about getting rusty

Kham, from your description of the damage, I find it hard to believe that someone backed into it in the dealership parking lot. If the front panel and back panel have been replaced, the the door probably was too. Also you've got all those other weird things going on like steering linkage and stuff. That sounds like it got T-boned at 30 mph or something. Seems like too much damage from being bumped in a parking lot.

Yea I bought it from carmax. But since it was under warranty. I took it to the dealer all the time. Which told me this. So I had the dealer talk to car max and send them the service records and carmax. Called me like 15 minutes later. So I have to go see them today. Seems to me its under the lemon law alone. Since its been fixed so many times. So hopefully they will buy it back. Since the dealer is backing me 100%. If they do iam looking at a sweet SS camaro! So wish me luck!

Edit ( the dealer said the reason the door was cracking. Was because it has been replaced it was patched. That's why its cracking from the inside out!)

Well i went and i was told nothing was wrong and its all normal stuff. That seems to happen with these cars. So does a new fuel pump, water pump, power steering pump, 3+ or more window motors and regulators on each side and fuel injectors and leaks on both sides they cant fix and hacth leaks. Thats half the list that happend in less then 8 months. Also they said all the firebird doors crack. I said what about lemon law and they didnt want to even talk about it. So i got a good lawyer and iam going with that. So thats that. But whats funny is everyone thinks iam nuts. Since i still want a fbody LOL. Iam getting a Fbody no matter what!
