i have some t/a taillights, the right one is perfect but the black on the top of the left one is fading. anyone know of a way to fix it or am i better off just replacing it? it seems to be getting worse over time, you can kind of see it in this pic. thanks

if I remember correctly it's a clear lens with a black backing. You should be able to buff it to a nice shine. You'll probably find that once you buff it, that it is shinnier than the other one. I did this to my 98+ tail lights and they came out great. Just use a very fine micro polish on a foam pad on a buffer.
