  • fading taillight

    i have some t/a taillights, the right one is perfect but the black on the top of the left one is fading. anyone know of a way to fix it or am i better off just replacing it? it seems to be getting worse over time, you can kind of see it in this pic. thanks

    You might be able to buff it back into shape. If it were me, I'd just replace it.
    I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

      if I remember correctly it's a clear lens with a black backing. You should be able to buff it to a nice shine. You'll probably find that once you buff it, that it is shinnier than the other one. I did this to my 98+ tail lights and they came out great. Just use a very fine micro polish on a foam pad on a buffer. Should work great [img]graemlins/rock.gif[/img]
