red front firebird turn signals

i don't know if this is common knowledge but i just saw this page.

this guy used back red turn signals from a camaro for his front turn signal. it looks really good on the firebird.

however i have a black camaro so i want to put clear turn signals on my rear. anyone wanna buy my red back turn signals for their bird so i can buy so clear back lenses?

this really wasn't intended as me trying to sell my signals this was just the first time i've seen someone do that.

'tis illegal. I have the clear signal lenses on my camaro, but they have the amber bulbs, so they just make it past inspection.

bah! TECHNICALLY yes it is illegal but i doubt any cop will notice or care it's just a subtle change. just change them at inspection time but i doubt they will notice or care either. i just thought it was a good subtle exterior mod idea.

yeah, i have clear corners with clear bulbs. cops dont care AND i made it through inspection, lol.

yes, it is somewhat common common knowledge, as the clear fronts are just camaro backs, not many people make the firebird parts, :(

I have wanted to do this for a year, but i can't find any red camaro ones cheap/free :(
