  • Turn Signal Blowing out ... Please Help

I recently bought the APC crystal white bulbs (4157) for the front turn signals of my 2001 firebird. I was trying to replace the yellow with white. I put dielectric grease on both and inserted. Next day, Passenger side blew. Took back to the store. They replaced it with another bulb. Next day. Light blew. Took it back to the store, they said there was water in the housing. Took the hair dryer to the housing to get rid of water. Put another light in. It stayed for 10 days. Then it blew. Put another light in, drove around, and took the bulb out of the housing to cool. And I watched it get all cloudy. Where is the moisture coming from? I never touched these bulbs with my fingers, I used a kleenez. And then this morning I lost my driver's side too after about a month. WTF! Is it the dielectric grease? Are the yellow stock lights the same material as the APC?
