The front left blinker seems to always go out. About every 3 months or so. It has been to the dealer and they see nothing wrong. Well last week it went out again. The head lamp went out at the same time. Any ideas on what could cause such a thing?

my housing is horribly bad, my lamp goes out every 2 weeks or so... the reason is the moisture, the housing is full of water,
