I use this professional leather cleaing type stuff..works really well...called Tanner's Preserve. For my painted into, since it's painted in enamel, when i wash my car, I take some of the car wash soap mixture outta the bucket and pour it into a spray bottle and use that to clean them..since its the same type of paint as the exterior as the car. Then when when I polish and wax my car...and do the trim peices too

Wrong person to ask on that one...none of my viynl is painted..dunno how sturdy the paint is..you'd prolly need some sorta of really mild soap. I just removed the viynl i wanted a diff color and replaced it with the color i wanted. Clean that viynl with the leather cleaner

Whenever I clean my painted interior I just use the chamois that is damp from drying the car or you can just use windex and paper towels. It works really well also. I don't have leather seats so I can't help you with that one though.
