shift knob

this is kinda continuing onlifeguardinme19's topic, I am looking into making my automatic look like manual, which includes buying the shift boot and a new shift knob, and doing the conversion so that i can just push down on the knob to shift. however, i am not sure if this one will work

well... you say youre doing your own conversion... so wouldnt you be the only one to know if it would fit your setup??? clearly it wont normally fit, its for a manual

first of all, using the T-style handle wont give it much of a manual appearance. If you really want to get a complete manual look, get the manual consol with the manual shift boot, then use any manual shift knob you want that will fit. To know if it fits (including those hurst T-handle ones, mearsure the diameter of the shaft your knob will sit on, Do this in mm or convert it to such, then compare to the different size shims given in the universal kits.
