I'm starting to get a musty smell from my vents when the AC is on. How do I take care of this?

Grab a can of Lysol.... and Lysol only since it kills mildew and bacteria! Start the car for good measure. ;)
Put the HVAC fan on *HIGH* and cycle through the HVAC setting starting with MAX and ending in Defrost. At each setting, spray Lysol in the vent in the cowl (outside, just below the windshield) for about 10 - 15 seconds.
When finished, let the car air out a before closing the doors and killing yourself! ;)
Repeat this procedure as often as necessary. You may need to increase the Lysol spraying time depending on the mildew that's built up.

and to keep it from happening again, don't leave your a/c on max when u get out of the car. Leaving it on keeps the condensation from getting out, causing the mildew.
