• Just recv. my Billet Grille have a few questions.

Ok, I have some questions. Here is the link to the Grill http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=STU%2D6006%2DP&view=257#larger image[/UR L]

Here is the steps for putting the Grille on.
1. First step I have had done for a while(remove old grill)
2.)Run a line of 1/8" tape around the inside perimeter of the cavity on black it out with semi-gloss black. [ok, here is where my questions is. Where it says {on black it, I'm thinking they ment, and black it out} ok, so are they saying I should paint the inside cavity everything that is behind the tape??

Well, I'm wondering if it would look ok if I just left it Silver. I wouldn't think it would show through all to bad. What do you guys think? And if you think I should paint it, what is the best way of going about painting it? Thanks for any help and suggestions.

I did not even think about painting mine. I just thought about cutting out the center all together, but then I thought that this might weaken the front bumper to much. ?
To spray or not to spray is never the question.

paint it, trust me, it looks horrible with the factory color behind it, I used a gloss black though brings out the polished pieces in the front alot better and yes it does mean paint the whole thing inside there......unless its a black car of course ;)

I did not paint the back of it black. Just left it dark blue. Id imagine if I had like white or red it wouldnt look as good, but blue I think u can hardly notice
