• Finally got Fog lights installed(pics now)

I finnaly did it, took me hours to do so that i got it right but i'm finaly done. I now have fogs for my 97 bird, it looks great and it makes my headlight more than twice as bright. I drove down a road with them off, then fliped the switch  Major difference, all I have to do now is adjust them, but its so hard to do with the screws on the side and trying to unscrew them in the small opening, so i'm going to wait till daylight(unless its raining) and adjust them a little. Mine are PIAA and were 19.99 at autozone, i'll take pics when its not raining so that I can get your opinons on the look.

btw, I got the clear ones, I didn't want yellow or blue fog lights, just looks ricey at night and just throws off the clear headlights when their both on. I'm glad I got the clear, looks alot more factory that way. I'm so happy, I finnaly took a chance and drilled holes in my car to do it, I was affraid it wouldn't look right, but it looks great!

EDIT: Here are the pics
Fog Lights1
Fog Lights2
Fog Lights3(after I washed my car)

Tell me what you think.(the lights might not look straight, but I still need to adjust them, its just real hard to do, so do pay attention to the straightness)

I doubt I could tell anyone how I did it, I just went for it and made it up as I went, I'll try to take some close up pics, maybe that will help. Its dark now and I just now got home, i'll try to see if the camera will work at night, if not, I'll take them tomorrow hopefully.

Its really not that hard, just a real pain in the a$$. You go at it from the bottom, remove the 3 plastic plugs on the underside of the bumper cover and snake you hand up there to undo those black panels.

Looks good. There was a red firebird in town with the same setup. Good job.

That is one funky license plate :D

Wasn't that hard to wire up, just ran the wires straight up from the back of the nostrils, and up on over between the radiator cap and the black pieice of plastic, then ran the wiring accross the black plastc shield thing to the far right, then followed the fuel line, and ran the wire through where you arleady have like 50 wires runing through the firewall, and just found some open spots behind the dash to run the wires and hooked it up right where the factory switch goes under the headlight knob(had to cut a hole for it, heres some pics, I can take more if you need more help:

Best I can take for now, its really not that good of a camera, my sis got it pretty cheap, if I could have gotten further away they might have been better, i'll try that tomorrow night, I couldn't get further back because I was right up against the bushes, I have a long drive way, so I'll park it their tomorrow night and then go down to the other end and see how they come out. Tell me what you think so far with these pics, I looked at my car down the drive way last sunday with them all on and with just enough sunlight to still see my car real well....right at the time when it makes the surface of the car look real smooth...well it looked badazz like that, I wish I could have took a pic of it, I'll try that pic friday evening cause I have to work tomorrow night and it looked GREAT that way.

Did you add a relay or fuses or anything? also, does it make the dinger noises if you leave them on and turn the ignition off? I'll forget to turn them off the first time I use them and the battery will be dead and i'll be phucked if there is no dinger to remind me. hehe
