Im pretty sure they are illegal in jersey but ive never gotten a ticket for them. I do get pulled over a lot for them and cops tell me to just take them off thats why i would assume they are illegal but no idea on how much .2004 Mazda RX-8 <br />Winning Blue Metallic<br />6
