...I was wondering if neone has done this before its prolly possiable with high heat paint I'm sure you would have to clean it really good maybe even sand blast it primer and high heat paint...but I am big on painting it the same color as my car like a rust red does ne one know how high temp a body shops paint gets or if ne one has ever done this?

I assume you're talking about the intake manifold? There was a guy who painted his on CamaroZ28.com a while back. They say the intake manifold doesn't get very hot, so normal automotive primer and paint works just fine. Check out this post for more info.

Look on www.summitracing.com. They have engine paint that you can use for high temps. Or you can get it powder coated.
