that's phat will it work with any aftermarket shift knob, like the ball with the firebird logo on it? and what about the button?

Here's how it works.. any knob that will fit on a C5 will fit on that.. C5 auto that is.. which is quite a selection. There is no button for autos... what you do, you start the car, and then to shift to R, you press down on the whole shifter, and then move it... it's supposed to be awesome. Once I get money in the bank I'm going for that mod. Seems awesome.
