• Plastic Thandle/ebrake replacement :)

I just ordered a leather T-handle with ebrake from a 1998 trans am from speedautomotive ;)

It only ran me $30 + $12 shipping!

I just wanted to let you guys know since my car is a 1SB car w/o Monsoon and didn't come with the leather shifters or anything :(

    Oh well, problem fixed!

I sure hope I can get the old ones off fairly easily :D

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I've got leather seats.... might as well have leather e-brake handle, shiftknob, and steering wheel! ;)

The only leather wheel I know of comes with radio controls (yuck) which always get in the way for spirited driving.

I thought that leather cars came with leather ebrake and shifter Thandles? no? Damn, it must be a Monsoon thing then :(

Yup... :( You only get the leather wrapped e-brake and shift knob with the leather wrapped radio control steering wheel.... basically it's a Monsoon thing. ;) :( :(

It is a ***** 2 do the e-brake it took me around an hour 2 do it on my camaro when I put the e-brake in and about 5 mins to do the shifter (but that was a camaro) The leather wrapped wheel takes about 2 1/2 hours to do for the mechanically inclined not bad but difficult. If I was you I would get a leather wrapped wheel or have your wrapped it looks so much nicer than the rubber one.

If I change my wheel out - it won't be from Pontiac and it won't have an airbag
