you can see contaminants from the atmosphere more on a white car. It could also be paint overspray from something. I suggest you claybar the car to remove everything that's on that paint. Use Dawn a few times to wash it too.

I use Zaino products but never the clay bar. I did a read up of clay bars on some sites and the reviews said synthetic claybars are better. I bought the Clay Magic Blue Bar (fine Grade) and it turned out great. You could see all kinds of crap in the bar that you couldn't see on the paint. It makes your paint really smooth and flawless so you can get really nice coats of wax/polish on it.

          I'd go
          1. Clay Magic
          2. Zaino
          3. Meguiars

Clay bar is exactly what it sound like, clay. When you rub it with a lubricant on your paint surface, it picks up everything on your layer of paint that's not supposed to be there: Rail Dust, Air Contaminants and pollutant, paint overspray, oxidation and old layers of wax and polish. This gets your paint as clean as it can be so you can get good layers of wax on it. You'll see a good difference. it's worth the time and money. I bought my Clay Magic 4oz bar (Fine Grade) for $25 at a local auto specialty store. You can get Meguiars at any Car parts store. I'm not positive in the quality of it. It does come with a lubricant but you can use any type of soap or Body Mist Detailer Spray for the lubricant. Here are some car product links that may help you make a decision.
