Godammit, 98+ SS spoiler 3rd tail light problem

The light on this damn thing is a bar of Red LEDs. They LED are grouped in 3's it seems and one of the group of three went out. How the hell do I fix this? New whole piece? Or can I just somehow fix the LEDs?

how did you run the wires when you installed it? Ive been trying to get mine on all day, ive used all kinds of crap.
