Want some feedback on if you think this would look good. I was thinking about replacing my hood inserts with billet ones and it looks like they have actual holes in them. I want to take a saw and cut out the hood behind the inserts and put some neon lights behind them. I think it would look pretty cool if you have a neon glow coming from behind those inserts. What do ya think?

I think that would be an awesome idea, makesure you do a good job cutting it though. It sounds like it would be hard. I'm all for the neon lights on the hood. I got a ram air hood and want to shove some neon lights inside it. My friend has a 3rd gen with a turbo hood on it. The ones with all the little vents on the side and the vents on the top. He has green neons inside it, it looks badass.
