93 Camaro - lights in the vents

I suspect I have to remove the dash, or maybe only the vent covers, to do this right, but I can't seem to remove anything at all. I have 4 VARAD Hyper Blue LED's in the mail [apparently] but what I think would be ideal, is to take this 10" neon blue stick, and put it somewhere in the whole center of the inside of the dash, or something, so the car would just emit blue light 'from within'. How is this accomplished? Am I able to stick that 10" anywhere in the dash or what? I Found a post on removing the dash, and I'm gonna try it... but before I go in there, I'd like to know if that 10" can fit anywhere.
