BlackBird Stripes on Pewter

If some of your are not aware we have a 380hp big brother called the BlackBird .

Well I fell in love with the stripes, on the side of the ram air hood. What color would look best on Pewter.
Here are a couple examples of the stripes.



I was thinking, Metalic Reflecting Silver for the smaller outside pinstipes with A Black center stripe. And the lettering should be in the same reflective silver. Or all three stipes will be black.

Of course mine will not say "380hp" what should it say "3.8 V6"? Maybe nothing.

i was looking into that myself, couldnt find anywhere to get them, 3.8 V6 would look better then nothing on the side.

I think if you ask the guy from firebatscave really nicely he will make custom decals. Id offer to go into it together to get a better deal, but your raptor hood and the hood I will be getting are different.

ws6 hood? HO? cant be that different, but probably is; if you look into it, mention something about raptors for me ;)

Black with pewtwer letters. and make it say 3.8 v6 or 3800..

3800 II would look coo' like D Miller stated. If they make these out let me know I'd go in...and just hold on to them until I get my hood ;)

I want to wait until I get my hood on before I order, but I was going to ask firebatscave.com to make them if he can do it for $40. Some people of ls1tech.com got them from this place for $40

yeah i like the blackbird stripes too, if i had a ws6 hood instead of the raptor hood, i'd get those no doubt, and black...

a friend with a 01 pewter Ws6 has them in a gunmetal/silver color, looks sweet, from far away isnot noticable, but up close, gives a nice effect.

Subtle, but classy.
