Suggestions on what to do with Salad Shooters.

don't mind the salad shooters much...i'm more of a bigger wheel kinda guy 16's aren't really my style, but your right they do clean up real nice. i have a set as my winter wheels to back up my c5's...also like the others were sayin you can find great deals on rims if you did want to switch. i bought my 2000 c5's for $100.00 at a swapmeet

Anybody ever try painting them with the rim paint from like autozone or something?

laquer thinner will get that stuff off. do that, then wash them.
