just wondering, could i place the sirius antenna on the back glass, instead of putting it on the roof and maybe damaging the paint?

one guy I know put it under his hood, course he has a fiberglass hood.
I'd consider seeing if I coudl run and some how put it underneath the spoiler. Since apparently it works through fiberglass.
Actually if you have hardtop, coudl probably put above the headliner.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

not sure what your antennae looks like or how big it is.
But I would mount it towards the middle of the roof. Right inside one of the weatherstripping channels here, and run the cable down through a pillar to whereever it has to go...

I just stuck mine on one of those tie down hooks behind the back seat and ran the wire straight forward under the seat. The reception isn't bad, and I didn't want anything I couldn't remove easily because I have an XM MyFi that's pretty easy to move between cars.Black 2002 Camaro M5-SS takeoff muffler, B&M Ripper, K&N Filter, 35/20% tint, Infinity speakers, Viper alarm, perpetually breaking clutch return spring mod. 15.49@90.15
Pewter 2002 Firebird M5 (Dad\'s Car)

Mine is one of the older non-magnetic antennas. I secured it high on the back glass, just low enough so that there's no clearance problem when I pop the hatch. Works great. Been there nearly 2 years. Kinda has a shark's fin look to it.1997 Camaro, Y87 Perf.
