• Z06 or C5 rims

ok... 1998 firebird, i'm gettin new rims and tires for it b/c i need new tires anyways and i have gotten tired of my old rims. the ones i have now are 18x8, style 1 is 17x9.5 and style 2 is 17x8.5, but i think either will give me a much better ride. the ride on the 18's is harsh. which ones do u think i should get? also, i would appreciate anyone with either of these rims on their car posting a pic of it. Heres my car now:

Z06, it will be more of a visual difference switching from the 077's to the Z06's than it would be switching from the 077's to the C5's. As much as i love the C5's, i think the Z06's would look better on your car anyway. You have a good color that would make more surface area of chrome stand out, and the Z06 has more chrome.

id have to see the z06 wheels on it. I actually think the c5's would look better on your car, but its hard to visualize. I dont think there would be too huge a difference between the 077's and the c5's

The thing is I like the way your looks right now...so if you were to change I'd go for the C5, but again if you want something different then yeah the Z06 are your best bet.

BTW if it were my car, I wouldn't change anything...but whatever floats your boat bro, your ride, you know

yeah the C5's would look better. The Z06's look funny on a Firebird for some reason. But that's just my $.02...

The z06 looks similar to the 10 spoke on the newer Camaro, so it kinda looks like it belongs on a Camaro instead of a Firebird. (plus I've heard 10 spokes are harder to clean.)

I like the C5 look better.
