You shouldn't be waxing/clay barring your car in the sun anyways. in the shade or a cool place only

Yea on dark cars dude, if you wax outside in extreme sunlight you can have some bad effects. Lighter cars aren't as bad, but you don't want the wax to dry up really bad. If you just did one panel at a time and did it really fast you'd probably be alright. My boss killed me the first time he seen me wax a black car outside in mid summer. But yea i remember those 4hr days, lol. When you wax as much as me it takes you 15min to wax a car now. You should get some tiredressing on those tires and wheel skirts too! Then you'll be set.
redbird, got any pics of your bird? the site in your sig doesnt work

Looks very clean you did a good job, but have you considered Zaino? I know lots of people rag on it and some people live by it. Personally I love the stuff, I got complements on my car looking clean last night... I haven't washed or polished it since valentine's day weekend, just got rained on yesterday, thats the only thing to consider it clean. And people thought it looked great until they got a little closer.
But I do love to suggest one thing to people...
Zaino...
