aftermarket seats ?

i was thinking about these just cause i think they look good and they weigh a little less than stock. any thoughts ?? i know not a lot of people use aftermarket seats in camaros. but that is another reason why it kinda temps me. besides that they arnt too expensive which makes me wonder about the quality.. well any opinions are appreciated . thanks ! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

looks fine, i dont think the stock tracks will work. it says they come with new ones though.

I was gonna do this to but I just bought some seatcovers from andysautosport.com they have just about everything for a camaro they specify by the year of your car so you get the right product I bought the red and black flame seatcovers. Just remember our cars are low to the ground and with the power seats that we have we can adjust them instead of sliding them but these seats you gonna buy look nice

They look nice, but seats are built to protect you in a crash. Do you trust some no name company from ebay to build a seat that won't break in have if you are hit from behind? I wouldn't. They are probably cheaper for a reason. Spend the extra money on a seat you can trust.

a problem, imo, with aftermarket seats is theyre typically bigger, or atleast mount differently than stock seats.

so if you were to adapt your stock rails to an aftermarket seat, itll probably sit higher than your stock seat. my friend is having this problem with his ta and a seat he bought from jegs.
