Whistler Mod Done!!!
Tell me what you think. I never digged the halos but wasnt happy with my covers cause of the cant see at night thing:p
I bought the headlight for 40bucks locally off a SS guy and have been working on them for weeks. I did the normal oven thing then went to town. I used Krylon Fusion plastic paint and some clear. I used a dremel to sand the chrome off. I only had problems with the ridges because of the obvious reasons. my biggest troubles were the lenses were all foggy. I tried to get some polish here in town which was impossible so after trying a few polishes that weren't meant for plastic, i broke down and bought the novus stuff. Gosh Dang did it work wonders. before, i used all the way up to 2500grit and various polishes and it never got clear. but after some quick applications of the #2 then #1, it cleared up like 10X what it was. I recommend all of you who are going to try to make your lenses clear again, wet sand down to 2500grit then buy this stuff. it is god's gift. ofcourse, everything i did was from searching on this board so you guys should have no problem:dj:
