I tried wetsanding and metal polish, didn't work as good as I would have liked. The headlights look great when wet, but when they dry I can still see tiny cracks and the headlight looks hazy.
I've heard great things about Novus, but what I need to know is if I should buy 1 2 + 3, or just 1 and 2?

The Novus stuff works. But it has as much to do with the prep work you do prior to the Novus. You have to spend a lot of time wet sanding them prior to the novus to get them to look like new.
Then I had to polish them again like 6 months later b/c I did not use a low enough grit sand paper to start with. And I'm sure I'll have to do them again as I only spent about 10 mins with 1000 and 2000 grit this time around.
