What is the best scratch remover in the market?

Hi everyone.

What is the best scratch remover in the market? I have some scratches on my passenger side door that I would like to remove. I used different brands of scratch remover. They do work but when it rains the scratches come right back. I'm thinking that applying it wrong or something, but I'm fallowing the directions step by step. Just by looking that the scratches I'm become more pits off everyday X-(. Please help me.

I generally use 3m rubbing compound or meguairs scratch x. It sounds like what you are using is just a wax or glaze and is covering the scratch instead of polishing it out.

A polish or rubbing compound will actually "sand" down the clear coat to get ride of scratches. Obvioulsy you want to use the least abbrasive polish that you can to get out the scratch.

I use meguiars scratch X. What type of polish or rubbing compound should I buy and where could I find it?
