Form the looks of it, the door is level with respect to the ground, and not tilted to follow the curves of the car.

I take this one because I want to keep the stealth look on my car and make as much as possible black ;)

And i know its not 100% straight because there was no metal left to screw it on so i have to rotate it a small bit - but i dont bother, I like it :)

Looks great! I've read about this in early posts, but how difficult was it to install?

No, was very simple - just pull out the old and modyfie the metal on the inside a little bit with a hammer or something.
than 6 holes and screws and finish :)

billet one is to bold and frankly doesnt fit in.

i did this to awhile ago, got mine for 8 bucks off ebay. I sprayed it with a light metallic black just to give it some accent.
