e brake help

I just got my chrome e brake in the mail and wanna know how to take off the old one so I can put on the new one and do I need a special kit or something I wanna do it this week since I have a couple days off thanks in advance

The old handle itself either bolts off, or comes off by drilling a rivet out. Is it just a handle or a whole assembly?

Im pretty sure the handle is bolted/screwed on with two screws

I just messed my e brake up cause I couldn't get it off and got mad and cracked it does anyone know how to take it off this will help me out a lot thanks
