The stock dark gray grill: Apart from the aluminum inserts, which I do plan on doing, does anyone else have any suggestions? I was thinking about sanding it down and painting it black before I put in those inserts. I thought if I did the Whistler mod it might augment the black in the headlight housings.

Yea, mine was really dirty under there too, but i cleaned it up nicely just with a normal wash and wax. The paint there is actually better than the paint on the rest of my car cause it wasnt exposed ever.
