these turn signals are black and chrome just like my black halos and will look good when I get them on I bought them off ebay for about 25 bucks they are similiar to these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-94...75565590QQrdZ1 but were cheaper and have chrome in the inside and I want to install them.

cool, i thought about getting some used once but i thought it would clash with my solid headlight cover. now since i have done the whistler mod, i wish i had picked them up. there should be a write up in the stickies on how to do it. it is supposidly had but i dont think so.

Re: is there another option for me (black signal lights)
First, get a new mechanic. Installing halos is not worth 50 dollars and installing front signal lights is NOT worth 80 dollars.
Second, install your own clear corners. After doing it twice, I can completely swap my front signal lights in 10 minutes.
First, take out the headlight casing. Disconnect the 2 bulbs. There is 1 screw holding itthe casing in. I believe it's 9mm. Unfasten the screw, then slide the headlight out of the mount and pull it straight out towards the front of the car.
Now disconnect the 2 bubs going into the corner casing. Twist counterclockwise and pull them out. The corner casing is held in by 3 screws. 2 of them you get from the backside, and the last one is on the bottom. In spite of what people say, you can easily get the bottom screw out with a rachet. Then, pull the outside corner of the light casing up and in. You'll have a bit of a tight fit getting it to clear part of the bumper mount, but once you're past that, you're done. Reverse the process to install the new corner.
Like I said, I can do both of mine in 10 minutes.1998 M5 3.8 Mystic Teal Camaro<br />Flowmaster exhaust, Pacesetter headers, 3\" cat, 3\" S-pipe, whisper lid, ram air, Spec Stage 1 clutch, Poly Trans mount, Walbro 255LPH. are the bolts a must because it looks like once you place the signals light in they are in already tight enough so are the bolts necessary the reason I am asking this because stock parts are put on with machines and I don't think I can remove these bolts buy hand if its possible what kind of tool will I need to do this
