I was trying to install the Halo headlights for my 2000 Camaro, but I couldn't figure out how to get the halo to work. Anyone who knows how to install the lights please help!

but on the running lights there is A, B, C . Which do i splice into like the negative goes into A and the positive goes into B ?Comment

your neg would to to a common ground. or take a wife, connect them into another wire then wire it to your neg on the batt or the ground wire on your pass side wheel well ground. then connect your positive to a hot wire when your lights are on. use a multimeter to find out which wire goes hot when the lights are turned on.
