Re: Cost to paint GFX
I just had mine re-painted (the 02' pewter convertible) from a reputable shop that also charges more for their work. The front and sides were around $550. You should be able to get it ALL done for about that.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph

Re: Cost to paint GFX
it's much easier to paint before they install, that's what they'll do, if you're having your nose or rear bumper painted, however, they may be likely to prime those parts, and then install, then paint, because if there is any adhesive used to install your kit it will stick more easily to the primer than to a clear coat. It depends on the shop though.
You may be able to save some money if you remove the nose and rear and have them paint those and then reinstall them and have them install the gfx for you, but if this isn't something that you are capable or comfortable with doing, then don't. Ask the shop if it would be cheaper before doing also, b/c they won't have to do any masking if the parts are removed so they may, or may not charge more or less.Rebuilding the engine...
