I would post pics, but I can't find my camera. And ya, in the sun they come off really easy. I thought of something while I was doing it. Why not take htem off, and paint them, thenput them back on? I'm doing a red/black scheme on my car, and think painting the molding black and putting it back on might compliment my blackouts, tires, etc.

What do you guys think?

It looks so much better with the side molding gone, imo. You might even want to consider removing the FIREBIRD emblems. I like the way mine came out. Looks clean. If you remove your emblems be prepared for them to be more difficult to remove than your side moldings. At least mine were that way.
