Honestly, I think the 3800 decals look really, REALLY, tacky.
I'd say hockey stripes or nothing.
:)
i think they both look tacky but thats just my .02

Seriously...all you people whining about the fact that "everyone" has hockey stripes...
Do you know why so many people are getting hockey stripes? It's because they look good! (as a general rule...)
Under your reasoning, no one should have chrome tailpipes anymore since they're so common. It's been "played out"...
People modify the appearance of their cars in order to make them look nicer, not necessarily to make them look like no one else's cars. When people start modifying the appearance of their car just to make it look "different" than everyone else's, they end up with crap like this:
saw a camaro today that was blue with silver hockeystripes OUTLINED on his car, not filled in. With silver stripes down the middle... looked very clean... could be a nice alternative for someone who likes hockeys, but thinks they're "played out"

yea i still cant decide! although thanks everyone for their input. im leaning towards putting them on now. but it changes everday haha. i just like the cleaner look with them off. but i kinda still wana put the 3800s on. oh well. ill decide one day.
Maybe you could but on hockeys but cut 3800 out of them, or use a diff color 3800 and put it in the stripe... would be hard to do cleanly, but might look good

i love the clean look on your car --> no badges and stuff. but i really liked the hockeys on your car. i say leave it until you are sure you wanna do it. if you like the look of it clean...then leave it that way for a bit. you could always have the hockeys ordered and ready to install for whenever you want. either way...its a bad a** car.
