Hmm. I can't say much till it's finished, but maybe you could smooth out (lengthen) the transition between wide and narrow.

Or instead of:

i was thinking it needed to make it a more gradual curve maby make the wide end not so wide. but i need opinions on it first. double the curve length onb top and add some to the bottom one.

either way you do it, it kinda resembles a yenko stripe. either way...hard to make an opinion until i see the finished product. but thats what prototypes are for...

i know i need to redo the curve but my main concers is the thickness? does the skinny part need to be thicher or the thicker part need to be skinnier?
