aluminum cleaner

Hey all, Anyone know of anything that cleans up aluminum? I’m looking to engine detail work and noticed that all of my aluminum parts look like crap.

for grimy stuff you'll need a degreaser. the mothers aluminum polish is for bringing out a mirror like shine after some intense polishing. it may help a bit with cleaning, but its not really the intended purpose.

Simple Green...this stuff is amazing. Used it to clean my engine, and rims, works better than engine cleaner and wheel cleaner.
