As the title says, my dash pad is looking a little less shiny due to exposure to sunlight. There's nothing wrong with it, I just want it to look new again..anyone know (1) what the dash pad is made of (vinyl?) and (2) any good products that will restore it to a like-new finish? I had one of those sticky pads on there for a while and the sticky crap from it left a noticeable mark that cleaner will not seem to remove. Any suggestions would be very helpful...if I find out any info on this elsewhere I will update the thread for reference.

Re: Dash pad looking a little worn..any suggestions?
I guess I meant the actual dash, not the plastic piece that rests against the windshield.
Anyway, I found the solution: WD-40 took the adhesive right off. I used it to clean the entire dash as well and then used all purpose cleaner to get it competely clean. Then I applied 303 Aerospace and it looks great.
I have a sunshade: I don't think 303 holds up to the sun as well as AA, but it doesn't attract dust.-Eric
2002 Navy Blue Camaro...Striped and Stalled. 35th Anniversary SS wheels
Best ET: 15.384 @ 88.32 on street tires
Project Whitney: Goal, 14.0 1/4 by summer 2008.
