I was wondering if it would even be noticable if painted my calipers, and if so, what color should i paint them?
I see no point in painting them silver, since the back ones are already silver anyway, and they would only really be visible if they were a color that stands out, but i have a black/silver theme going, with no other colors..
easy to paint them...itll take a afternoon to do...mask everythin off that u dont want painted...for me it was easier since i was doin brakes at the same time that i just painted everythin cuz i was takin my rotors and pads off anyways

I have a black bird with chrome wheels and chrome fillers and I bought the red duplicolor caliper paint kit. I'm getting ready to replace the rotors and calipers and just going to paint new calipers before the install. I'm going to put red accents in the engine bay to have something for the red to go with, not that you could see the engine while driving lol.
I recently changed my opinion on this after seeing a few black camaros in person... go with red... looks really good, but you will only notice them when stopped if the rim happens to stop at a good spot, but looks good when driving.

If you want your calipers to really stand out go with red. I like the polished look, but that would probably take forever to polish, and then keeping them polished and clean would be a full time duty. Personally, I painted my calipers silver and my caliper brackets gloss black(I like the subtle look)

Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
