I found a set of metal chrome RS emblems off of ebay for 20 bucks, so I pulled off my old RS and SS emblems and put my new ones on. The new emblems didn't have a chrome bowtie for the rear so I painted my old one silver (till I get a chrome one). After I went ahead and painted the front red bowtie and black hood inserts, silver to match everything. The stripes will be going on next. Here are some before and after pics.
I know you are going for the 1960s RS/SS theme, but come on. It's a 4th gen v6. You know that isn't going to fly. Like putting naws stickers on a civic.

Was a V6, but now powered by LS6. I am thinking about puting the LS6 in one of my other cars and and putting my 3800 back into her with a turbo. For some reason I just want a quick V6, like the old GN, just to make people think twice about messing with V6's.
SilverRS96-the busa is my weekend "beat most things who talk crap" bike. Ya I love that bike and is way tooo fast. Heres a pics with the two camaros and bike.
Shirl- how do you think a 4" cowl will look? Was thinking about that compaired to the SS hood since most people have one now.
HokieBird- thanks some people like the etched glass some don't but it does give me an insurance discount since theifs dont like to try and steal cars with etch windows.
Big Tymer- man I love the color of your car. I don't think it matters what wheels you get... the car is still going to look bad ***.
wow. insane. i thought you had SS badges on a stock v6... but the LS6 sorta makes it cool. got any times with the ls6 in it? i do like it a lot more with the plain RS badges, the SS RS just looks cluttered and like you put random stickers together.
nice collection you have there! i've always wanted the SOM'ish hayabusa, but while modding my camaro, and trying to buy a truck, i dont know when the bike is going to happen. i just want to have a garage full of SOM.

Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
