  • Tail Lights, I know I know

long story short... i have a 97 with euros. idk where the stockers went...
i wanna go back to stock but i want the 93-96 taillights

i did a search and found out how to go 93-96 to 97-02 but i want to do the opposite. how hard is it to go from 97 style to 96 style taillights and why dont the bulbs just swap out to different holes? please help

I've done the swap, easy...the bulbs swap hole just fine, but they are a tight fit...you will have to see for yourself what you need to rewire...and you will have to switch out one socket too a dual filament...that is, if you want the whole lens to light up w/your driving lights on....I love my 93-96 tails...huge improvement.

when u sayd dual filament, what do u mean?

and if i dont care about the entire lens lightin up with my driving lights on, i dont need to wire anything right?

dual lilament is when the bulb, has two different light emitting filaments in it and also have a connector that has two different circuits. used when in one lense, it has two functions light running light and turn signal.
